Its pretty simple! First you find a right car by visiting different dealers, test drive it and if you like it then you bargain for the final price of that car! I would say to go online at KBB and check the fair price! Push dealer to give you car for that price! Once you get that price then you ask him to trade with you! He will usually pay the remaining amount of your car if you owe any! he will talk to the bank or who ever is financing yours and pay him to get the title! You don't need to worry about title stuff! If you already have title then you take it with you to dealer and he will ask you to sign on the back! Any questions contact me!

There is a possibility, although I am not sure that you might try going to the DMV in your area and ask someone there about the "Abandoned Vehicle Process". A DMV employ said this process works for cars that people may have trouble getting titles for, but I am not sure this process will work for a motorcyle. I cannot guarantee this process will work for a motorcyle. Hope this helps though.
