I'd use 90w gear oil..
yes
A five speed manual transmission was optional on third generation (1982 - 1992) and fourth generation (1993 - 2002) Camaros.
There are two trannys that were put into the 1982 Z28. One was a four-speed manual transmission, the other was a 3-speed automatic transmission. The manual shift was a Saginaw Muncie (code R) and the automatic was a TH200C. If your engine is a stock LG4 you probably have the 200C, if you have the higher output LU5, you might have the Muncie. Hope this tech info has helped. Most of this information can be found on Iroczone.com.
Its in the transmission
Why do you even care?
left side of transmission
The automatic transmission in a 1982 Mercedes 240 D was made by Rockwell international. The model of the automatic transmission was either a 392 or a 692 six speed.
Manual 75W. Automatic ATF-G
Depending on engine/transmission, around 110-120 MPH.
Yes they did. I had one. It had a 4.9 liter engine and manual transmission.
On the side of the transmission underneath the vehicle. This requires a pump to add trans lube.
Depends on what the bell housing for the trans is off of.
