On the back driver side door it says front 26, back 29--Or the other way around. I was surprised that they aren't 32.
Belt tensioner is not adjustable. Assembly is spring loaded, spring can loose tension. If belt stretches or is too long (wrong part) then .... (There are marks on assembly to indicate proper tension.)

do you mean you replaced the bulb? are the flashers out on both sides of the vehicle? did you check both front and back? do the lights on the dash do nothing or come on and stay on? you need to provide this information for a proper diagnosis

If it is a quad 4, the knock sensor is on the firewall side of the engine, at the transmission end of the engine, just below the exhaust manifold. It has a single lead and is about 2" in diameter and 1-1/2" high. Use a proper fitting socket or wrench to unscrew it.
A 1992 Oldsmobile may not shift out of park because the transmission is stuck. Check to transmission fluid to ensure it is at the proper level.
Could be a few things, plugged radiator, bad thermostat, bad waterpump, electric fan not kicking on when it's supposed to or the fan itself could be bad, also the cooling system could need flushed and a proper 50/50 mix put back in.
