Well first of all exersize a little more then you used to, avoid eating out as much as you can, watch what you are eating anywhere because you will gat attacked by those awful cravings. To put that in the past, get rid of allthe unhealthy food in your house or put the ina place that is avoided and treat your self everyonce in awhile.

It's just not possible!! You have to be out of your mind to think you could do much of anything in 2 weeks. I know you live in a fast paced world these days, but somethings just can't be put on fast forward.
