What is the reason for red and tender stomach in a flowerhorn fish with swimbladder disease?

Hello,
I hope you were able to treat your fish. My bonsai flowerhorn has the same problem, but I think it is because she bumped herself on to a rock, while she was suffering from swimbladder disease or bacterial infection.
