I have an 8oz popper and am still looking for a great recipe. The pre made packets you can buy on-line are not the answer. I guess to get this started we need someone to step up that has worked and prepaired popcorn at a movie theature or some kind of conssesion stand to maybe shed some light on how to pop popcorn. I have an 8oz popper as well. The ingredients come from Grand Rapids Popcorn Company. Here's my recipe. I've had only rave reviews and claims that it is the best popcorn ever: 2/3 cup Red 40 Peanut Oil 8oz PopWeaver Yellow Popcorn (Others are good, but for the price can't be beat) 1/2 tsp Flavorcol popcorn seasoning. (put this in with the popcorn before popping) It's that easy. The oil is the secret. Other oils only dissappoint. Enjoy!
