What is the recommendation for antioxidants?
March 10, 2010 2:14PM
Besides Vitamins A, C and E which are considered to be antioxidant vitamins, the other antioxidants have no recommended daily allowance. There are thousands of antioxidants found in the foods we eat. All antioxidants help to support cellular health, anti-aging and promote immune health. Some of these have been well researched and are known to support specific health functions. In order to support health, we need a good variety of antioxidants in our diets. It's hard to include these regularly in our diets, so nutritional supplements like Ruby Reds are convenient. Packed with antioxidants, it contains condensed nutrition from over 50 natural food sources which include red superfoods, probioitics, enzymes, and protein. It is best to get your supplement needs through natural food sources instead of synthetic vitamins and minerals.
