i would say between 6-8000 1000 at breakfast 1000 morning snacks 1000 at lunch 1000 during sfternoon(sport...) 1000 at dinner 1000-2000- on other. juice/variation on meals... i hope this helps she needs AT LEAST THIS to grow and develop properly. a 14 yr old girl is however likely to try avoid on meals, cut back and skip because of today's pressure but u can avoid this by telling her that not eating enough can in fact make you put ON weight, yes that's TRUE! also do not allow her to eat what SHE WANTS TO at noght if it is diddrent to what the rest of her/your family is eating. if so, this is where the problem's start.
