Natural Resources in any country are that country's best product - what GOD left for them to use, or what nature has put there as its normal means of evolution. Every country, every part of each country, has some usable resource. That could be - people, that just like to live there, or gold, well, you know about that, or water, like the Great Lakes, or dirt ready for farming, like the Breadbasket of America, or Switzerland, with the Alps, that provide GREAT skiing, but that's subjective. The idea is that we ALL have SOMETHING, and we ALL can trade for our goodies. Better knowledge of resources means better availability to provide for all our (whomever they would be) citizens, of the World. Its there. After that, its in the trade.
