Rome's culture is the culture of the people of city of Rome, in Italy. It changed considerably over the course of its 2,700 years of history. The culture of Renaissance Rome and ancient Rome are the most well known. The fact that the pope resides in Rome and is the bishop of Rome has played a part of the culture of the people of Rome since early Christianity.

The term Roman culture often refers to the culture of the ancient Roman civilisation, which lasted for 1,200 years, from the 8th century BC to the 6th century AD, and which had a vast empire (the Roman Empire) which was the 17th largest empire in history.
