Aviation law is law relating to the aviation sector and deals mainly with contracts between aircraft manufactures(e.g Airbus), aircraft buyers (various airlineslike Kingfisher, Indian Airlines or corporations which may be private or government owned). It also deals with aircraft compliance laws, taxation and other regulations which are laid down by organisations in India like DGCA or AAI. The legislative acts include Aircraft Act and regulations plus a variety of DGCA circulars.

Aviation laws also deals with structuring deeds and agreements required to finance such deals. there are mainly two kinds: hire purchase and lease.

After XII you would need to pursue a career in law and obtain a LLb and thereafter train under any firm which specializes in Aviation Law.

I would suggest you to read some articles ont his by an emminent lawyer Mr. RAVI Nath who is considered to be an authority on the subject.

There is much scope in this field as the aviation industry is an expanding one and still not widely populated.

The best aviation firm in India is Rajinder Narian & Co. under Mr. RAVI Nath.
