The 1998 Ford Expedition is a little tricky for wipers because there was a mid-year production change that affected the wiper configuration. I recommend that before you lookup the correct part numbers, you measure the length of the wipers on your vehicle first and then match things up. The "Early" production take 22" replacement wiper blades on both sides front and the "Late" production run take 20" on both sides front. The rear wiper is 16" on all 1998 models.
Again, be sure to lookup the vehicle in the application guide books at the store or now-a-days you can Google 'lookup wiper size'. You want to do this because you not only want the right length wiper, you want the right mount and not all wipers have 100% universal mounts.
Lastly, If in your budget, upgrade to the newer-style frameless "beam blades" which perform better than conventional framed wipers. There are many options available - I use 'Trico Tech Beam Blades' which are fantastic and will fit your 1998 Ford Expedition.
