Probably dried out shocks or struts, but it could be bushings in the front steering arms
I have the same problem in my 96 Z28 convertible. I tried replacing shocks & suspension bushes, but the squeaking remains. I think it's the soft top itself.
It may be the fan belt.
if it clicks only when turning check to see if front axles are bad, if it clicks all the time check bearings

Yes if the squeaking is from the wear indicators on the pads, if the pads are fine then the brake parts need to be lubricated, a little silicone grease on the pistons and sliding parts will stop the squeak.
