"0" or top dead center. I have a 1994 gmc picckup same thing
The timing should be set at 0 degrees.
i have a 93 4.3 tbi..i set mine at 13deg. works well on 89 octane. 12deg for 87octane at 700rpm
yes, yes it does no, its the crappy tbi systems. tbi stands for THROTTLE BODY INJECTION! it has fuel injectors and has to be treated as such. it is not carbureted.
It should bolt up without changing the heads.
The fuel pressure regulator in that 96 GMC 4.3 TBI is located in the throttle body.
tbi(throttle body injection) is not used on the 99' sonoma 2.2
AnswerThe spark plug gap is .035 on a 1993 GMC 350 TBI.
No. That would be TBI (Throttle Body Injection).
Bring it to a shop and have them adjust the timing with a timing gun I believe its 6*
Adjust your timing
0 degrees
Knowing the year would really help. But 90% of the 350 TBI engine timing was 0 TDC.
