It woudln't go substantially faster than it would on diesel fuel. Jet fuel isn't the highly volatile stuff people think it is - there's very little difference between it and #1 low sulphur diesel.
It alows your truck to top out at a higher speed then it would with it on.
From ground to the top is 13 feet 6 inches
i think 120 mph

A 13 speed is basically a nine speed with the option of splitting the gears on the top side. How I drive this one... depends on a number of things. If I'm loaded heavy and/or pulling a hill, I'll be more prone to splitting the gears as I up and downshift. If I'm empty, I usually won't push the splitter forward until I'm in the top gear.
unknown top speed but fastest my truck has ever gone was 182km/h that was racing a corvette, I was in overdrive at 3700rpm, my truck is a stepside/fibreglass bed 105
About 10 mph
Reverse is top far left. Lo is directly underneath. first is top middle, second is bottom middle, third is top right, fourth is bottom right. in high range, fifth is where first is, sixth is where second is, seventh is where third is, eight is Where fourth is.
A grain truck will look like a regular semi-truck. The difference will be that it has a tarp covering the top instead of a metal roof. The tarp is removed so the grain elevators can dump into the container.
45mph (speedometer in my friends truck following)
Not sure of your question but if it is does a truck have a governor the answer is loosely yes. Cars and trucks have computers that govern their top speed by shutting off the fuel supply when they reach a preset speed.
I had a after market pipe on mine and i passed my brother doing 70 in his truck.
