If you are asking the question, you need to pay someone to do that. You have to preload the pinion, shim, etc. It isn't a bolt the ring gear in place and torque the pinion and go thing or else you will be making metal shavings and molten metal.

If you put a new crush collar in you are going to have to remove axles and carrier to get the proper pre-load on the pinion bearings.
