The flywheel bolts on all Cats, you want to torque to 200 ft/lbs. That hasn't changed between different models of the C15 (6NZ, MBN,, ACERT, SDP, etc)
A C15 Caterpillar engine has dozens of torque specifications for many different engine bolts. The head bolts should be torqued at 350 pounds.
Torque converter bolts No. Fly-wheel bolts YES.
Usually with bolts.

80Lbs for flywheel, 10 to 15lbs for pressure plate
You could stretch the bolts, strip the threads out of the flywheel or break the bolts off in the flywheel.
i have replaced my clutch to 10.5 diemter ,can i re use the morso flywheel/clutch bolts

nope. you still have the 6 18mm bolts that bolt the flywheel to the crank
take the tranny out and the flywheel is right on back of the engine, unbolt the flywheel and take it off and install new flywheel with new bolts and torque them down.
