Need to know the model and serial range for a real answer. Also, Springfield Armory made some early Bush length rifles and called them "M1A-A1." There are no "M1A1" M14 clones. I think you just mean M1A. Depending on what you've got, the used value could be quite a range.

A legally transferable M14 will run you about 25K or so. A reweld or M1A converted will be 10-15K

One can find more information on the M1A rifle on Wikipedia. There are also videos about this type of rifle on YouTube and one can buy it from the 'Gun Broker' website.
The value of an M1 or M1A is determined in a few ways. Rifles with the original stock (that has not been refinished), matching serial numbers on the: bolt, barrel, receiver will fetch more. Rifle that have been assembled from parts are worth less. If the rifle comes with magazines, sling, pouches, or a bayonet it will be worth more. If you want to be a really great seller throw in a box of ammunition.
