If there is no mint mark, then it was minted in Philadelphia. If the entire coin is worn totally smooth then it's worth scrap silver value. A well circulated one is worth about $5 or so, higher for better condition, uncirculated 1902s are worth from about $90 to $100 for an MS60, to $10,000 depending on condition... from unworn but nicked up slightly (MS60) to the finest known examples (MS67+) commanding $10,000.

Because it's been professionally graded, it could be worth a few dollars. Being that it's only a 1978-D half dollar, it's not an especially valuable coin.
The 1959 Lincoln cents were the first coins minted with the Memorial on the reverse side. However, unless the coin is in a MS67, the value is at: $175. Otherwise, in good condition (G4), its value is only 5 cents.
Assuming you mean a 1896-P {minted in Philadelphia} graded as MS67, the value is $6,500. If it is in "proof like" condition the value is $13,000.
