This dual-dated coin was struck for circulation and for collectors to mark the Bicentennial. Unless it's an uncirculated or proof coin in its original package, it's only worth about $1.15. Also, circulation issues were made of copper-nickel rather than silver.
A dealer will only pay face value. My advice would be to keep it as a conversation piece.
