There will be a wire on the back of your head unit that turns the amp on. It will be marked something like "rem" "remote" or "amp." If not, consult your head unit manual.

The one taht says pos is positive. That is where you put the red wire. The red wire connectes to your battery, before connecting it though, the wiring kit should have came with a fuse setup. The fuse has to get connected to the red wire that comes with the kit. Typically you have to cut the red wire (the one that came with the kit, not the one connected to the battery) and put the fuse system in there put the fuse about 6 inches from the battery. After doing that, dont hook up that wire yet. The neg/gnd means negative or ground. The kit also came with a black wire. You want to hook that up anywhere on your car that is metal to ground out the amp. Hook that up first. You dont have to drag the wire up to your battery like you do your red one. Anywhere in your trunk that is metal is fine. And now the rem. Rem stands for remote. That hooks into your aftermarket stereo. Typically a blue wire but it will say on it. And then you get a long audio cable. White and red that also plugs into the back of your radio. That hooks into your amp as well.

Can you hook up an amp and sub woofer to a stock radio?
Yes, this is very possible. Just disconnect your battery & run the power with an inline fuse from your battery to your amp. Hook up the ground as close to your amp as possible. Now you need to run your remote wire. You can run a wire from your battery with a 10/15amp inline fuse as close to the battery as possible. Then to a toggle switch inside the vehicle & then onto the rem hookup on the amp. Or, you can try splicing into your radio wiring (usually blue & white) & run a lead going to the rem hookup on the amp. Now, after all of that, you will need to splice into you REAR speaker wires- no rca here. Run the spliced off pos & neg wires into you amp & then setup your crossover & blend out as much high frequency as possible. You should be good to go.
