remove the distributor cap remove the screws that attach the pick coil to the base of the distributor and replace in reverse order
The cam sensor is the distributor.
Need to replace the ingnetion module in the distributor.
If your S10 has a 2.2L engine, it doesn't have a distributor cap.
start with checking the fuses, coil wire, distributor cap and rotor.
Gonna need to know which engine you have in there.

It depends on which engine you have. The 2.2 has no distributor.
