I dunno what its called but i got it its from hormones and growing into a teenager it eventually fades but could take a long time go to your doctors and ask them.
you can get cream for it but thebest way is having lazer surgery to fade it down so you cant see it as much

∙ 12y agoI also have a dark ring around my neck and been told it means that ur pre diabetic im 12 yrs old and i have that it is very a common thing for me im overweight im really not but im hispanic and Hispanics have a more chance of getting it don't know why though. just go to the doctors and you might have to lose a little weight. the discoloration is easy to get rid of you just have to lose weight! like walking for 30 mins a day 7 days a week that easy ive been doing it for 2 weeks after school and on weekends do a mile or two!
