you can get cream for it but thebest way is having lazer surgery to fade it down so you cant see it as much
I also have a dark ring around my neck and been told it means that ur pre diabetic im 12 yrs old and i have that it is very a common thing for me im overweight im really not but im hispanic and Hispanics have a more chance of getting it don't know why though. just go to the doctors and you might have to lose a little weight. the discoloration is easy to get rid of you just have to lose weight! like walking for 30 mins a day 7 days a week that easy ive been doing it for 2 weeks after school and on weekends do a mile or two!
