What is wrong if when you turn the ignition on a 1997 Buick Lesabre warning lights flicker and buzz and it will not start?

Check the connection at the battery terminals. If either one works slightly loose you will think your car is ready for the scrapyard. Sometimes all the dash warning lights will flash on and off and your car will stall if a connection is loose.
