Probably a bad blower motor. Try tapping the blower motor gently with a hammer when it isn't working. It that makes it work, replace the blower motor.
Cold air blowing out of the heater is a sure sign of low coolant. Antifreeze running out of the front of the motor _could_ be a bad water pump. The two go together like ham & eggs.
VENT TO HEATER CORE IS NOT CLOSING................
You are likely in an antarctic region.
You probably have a bad thermostat.
You may be low on coolant, or the thermostat is stuck open, or the heater core is plugged up, or the temp blend door is broken.
The AC and heater are completely different subsystems. The heater relies on heat generated by the engine and circulated by the engine coolant (radiator fluid) while the AC uses a belt driven compressor and separate fluids. Their only normal commonalities are the blower motor (which you said works), the ducting and the control head.
I had a 28 volt motor armature and field rewired,it now turns the wrong way,the technician says it has the wrong commutator installed,,and cannot find a new one.
An automobile's heater that blows only cold air could either be a faulty thermostat or, more likely, a faulty heater core. A trip to a mechanic or shop that specializes in radiator and cooling system repair should be able to diagnose and repair any problems.
From the bottom of the motor contactor's heater block you connect the motor's leads to T1, T2 and T3. If the motor rotates in the wrong direction reverse any two leads on the bottom of the motor's contactor heater block.
the motor is going out it has freon in it but the motor is shot
Heater blower motor running continuously. Check the heater resistor pack.
