its the steering bars going to the front tire(s).. you got a few things there but its prob. cv joints (shop price $150-300) per side.. it is a safety hazard and will fail safety test for tags. could cause u to crash if it gets worse when driving or could break other parts if not fixed fast enough

hopefully your not stealing the vehicle. but you will have to remove the steering wheel and then remove the key switch itself, purchase a new key switch and replace. However if its only to move the vehicle, after you remove the key switch you can take a screw driver and turn the mechanism in the column to unlock.
