you broke it and it is dead. you shall burry it in the yard
Tires out of balance, bent wheel, tire defect, or suspension or steering parts worn.
Your front tires are defective. Its time to replaced them.
Need some more details. Vibration all the time? Only certain speeds, only when you accelerate, vibration in the steering wheel, in the whole vehicle?
There may be something wrong in steering linkage.
Hopefully you only knocked the wheels out of alignment. Have them checked.
There is something wrong with your wheels or steering. You car is NOT safe to drive.
The alignment is miss-set or the front suspension and steering is damaged, OR the steering coloum is broken or damaged

Three possibilities come to mind: # wrong key # steering wheel locked # defective ignition switch For #2, one has to relieve the tension on the steering wheel before the key can be turned.
The wheel should lock when you take the key out of the ignition. If it doesn't, there's something wrong.
Possibly tire is out of balance and low of air pressure. Can also be the caliber is not fully releasing the brake pads on the right front wheel.
Internal seal in the Rack & Pinion steering. You probably shouldn't drive it until you get it fixed.
