may just be a fuse. I had this happen to me in my 2000 leganza. It was in the fuse bux under the hood. On the inside of the cover look for the fuse labeled DIS. It's a 10 or 20 amp that controls the ignition pack. It has blown twice on me so if that's it buy extra fuses to keep in the car.
The alternator,or starter might need replacing,or the battery might be dead.
It would be best to purchase a book from a local automotive store. A lot of online information and diagrams are either wrong or "universal". The books are cheap and correct.

Alot of things.. bad gas.. No gas.. Engine is dead.. etc.
