Can be as simple as bad plugs or wires or something more complicated. Take it to a professional who knows what he is doing and does not just throw parts at the problem.

A cylinder misfire can be cause by a bad spark plug or a bad fuel injector. Replace the spark plug to see if the problem is corrected.
It means that more than one cylinder has a misfire history. PO301 would be cylinder number 1 misfire. PO302 would be number 3 cylinder misfire.
