I had this same problem in my 1996 Mazda Protege. The previous owner had installed the incorrect Tail light/ Brake light bulbs. The bulbs had only one filiment instead of two. Check your bulbs first. It's the easiest and cheapest thing to do.
where does the yellow wire with a black stripe on it connect for dimmer lights, panel lights, and gear shift lights, for a 2000 Mitsubishi galant
i am having the same problem with my galant.
If dome lights and sunroof of a Mitsubishi Galant are not working, it is probably due to blown fuse. It is time to replace old ones.
You cannot turn off the Daytime running lights on a Mitsubishi Galant without cutting the wire. This is because the car is set up to have these lights on at all times during operation.
Are you talking about ALL the lights, or just the dash lights? If it is just the dash lights, you might have a bad ground for the dash electronics, or bad connection at the Dash Dimmer control. But if you are talking about headlights, too, check the gound wires on the battery... perhaps wiggle them around until the lights flash. The brake light switch should not do this. It only controls the back lights. if its only the dash lights lighting up when you hit the brake, check the brake bulbs and make sure that they are the correct bulbs. (dual filament) and that the base of the bulbs contacts arent touching
I had this same problem with my !995 Galant. It turned out to be the alternator.
With the modern lights nothing happens.
turn the dimmer switch up.
You can only get it fixed or replaced if you get the three red lights or if your xbox is still in warranty and it breaks! You get 3 years warranty if you get the 3 lights and 1 year if it breaks another way!
it depends on what kind of Christmas lights you have
I have changed the headlight but I need to adjust it as the lights don't hit the road
Something breaks the circuit.
