Turn the key to the first un lock position, move the shifter into neutral, start the engine, and from there take it to your local garage to be fixed.

Normally this is an indication of a defective brake light switch.
The tumblers in the key cylinder have most likely become stuck in the wrong position and you will have to replace the ignition key cylinder.
see if it will turn over if there is no grinding noise then u need a new starter
it might be the slave cylinder
there is something wrong with your switch in the door you may have to change it

Likely a stuck ring allowing blowby from the cylinder.
Replace the headlihgt switch, it's a common problem
It sounds like you need either a flywheel or the bendix on the starter is worn out. Easy fix if it is starter.

Usually when the anti-lock brake light comes on and stays on it means there is something wrong with your anti-locking brake system. You may want to look up recalls for your year of crown vic, and definitely get the car in and have it looked over.
