First off, it was written by Marx and Engels collectively. Second off, it is too brief. it expresses support for many different policies such as the distribution of the population across the land. To the reader that is unfamilar with Marxism, alot of the points he tries to make seem pointless as he spends alot of the book talking about the evils of the bourgeois and how oppressed the proletariat is. He should have used more detail.
