Labor jobs? Many are farmers, but also craftsmen. From what I know, they work in woodworking crafts like cabinet and furniture making. They also have businesses in barn building, roofing, hardscaping (brick patios), Fencing, plant nurseries, stores with Amish goods, black smiths, carriage making, horse harnessing (leather craft), small engine repair, carpentry, butchers, vegetables, orchards, etc etc

Amish women tend to not work after marrying. Prior to marriage they will often take jobs in cabinet shops, greenhouses, produce industry, resturants or more traditionally as teachers in Amish parochial schools.
