Continential Kennel Club - has website address APR - American Pedigree Registry - Registers Purebred and Mixed breed first time Hardship and you build a pedigree in their database from that point forward There are a lot more hardship registration registries out there and even more of the Hybrid registries now. AKC - American Kennel Club "CONDITIONAL REGISTRATION" is given to AKC registered dogs who are subsequently determined to have an unknown ancestor (usually through DNA testing). Prior to the Conditional Registration Program, a dog with an unknown ancestor (and all subsequent dogs produced by that dog) would have their registration revoked. With Conditional Registration the dog can be bred and after 3 verified (conditional) generations the 4th generation can be given "FULL REGISTRATION".
AKC - American Kennel Club "Indefinite Listing Privilege" is available for dogs that are ineligible for registration but can be identified as a specific AKC recognized breed. ILP dogs can be entered in all AKC companion and performance events but are not eligible for Conformation events (and puppies from an ILP registered dog are not eligible for registration with the AKC.
Can you register a dog with the Canadian kennel Club if it is already registered with America's Pet Registry.
At the moment I'm afraid not, as Kennel Clubs only register pedigree breeds of Dog. As the Maltipoo is a crossbreed between Maltese and Poodles, they currently are not eligible for Kennel Club registration.

The American Kennel Club (AKC).
Pedigrees (records of family history) cannot be purchased or sold. If your Dog is Kennel Club registered then it should come with it's pedigree and Kennel Club certificate. Dog's must be registered with the Kennel Club by the breeder and both of the Dog's parents must have also been Kennel Club registered to be able to register the puppies. If you have lost your Dog's pedigree then for a fee you can usually order a new one as most Kennel Club organisations keep records of registered Dogs.

Yes, you can. There are forms to complete for the Irish Kennel Club. First you must register the dog in your name and then obtain export pedigrees. You can mail forms and checks/credit card information. When you get the official IKC papers, you then complete the American Kennel Club forms and follow the instructions to register the dog in America. It takes a little bit of time with mailing back and forth, but it's really easy to do.
