I am looking at the 1995 Jeep Wrangler manual (I own a 95 Jeep Wrangler Rio Grande), and it is telling me that you use yellow fuse with 20amp for cigarette lighter and radio problems. Goodluck! About to go fix my Jeep radio/cigarette lighter problem right now.
In a car, it is usually below the radio
under your steering wheel to the left.
They are on separate fuses. The cigarette lighter fuse is #34 located in the engine compartment. The fuse for the radio is located on the pasenger's side fuse block. Open the passenger side door and there will be a plastic cover to remove. I've had both to go out on me at different times.
Check fuses
its labeled as the panel or acc or radio
I have a 2-dr '94 GL I expect yours would be in the same location... Below the radio and near bottom of dash is a tray you pull down with the ashtray and cigarette lighter next to it.

If you do not see a fuse marked lighter, it may be protected by the fuse for the radio.
it shouuld be uder the radio
Sometimes it can be as simple as a fuse. Or the female portion of the lighter that is in the dash, went bad/corroded and needs replacement. And other times, the cig lighter is on a circuit with other accessories like the radio or dome lights or electric locks etc. You'd need to find out, by the owner's manual, what else is on that circuit and check to see if those are working also. Hope this helps.
There are two, possibly three fuse boxes in your truck. The one you want is under the hood on the driver side. The cigerette lighter fuse is just above and slightly to the right of the radio fuse. In some Silverados there is another fuse in the instrument panel to the left of the steering wheel. There is an aux fuse in there that works with your additional lighter power outputs.
