It is located against the middle of the firewall. It has a gooseneck with a cap on it, so it is not readily identified.
A 2000 Dodge Caravan 3.3L requires 4 quarts of Mopar ATF+4 fluid. Dry fill is about 9 quarts.
Master cylinder should be located at the driver's side firewall under the hood. Unscrew the yellow cap and pour the fliud in.
You add trans fluid down the trans dipstick tube.
check your brake fluid level under the hood. This may be true if the brake light is in the dash . If the light your talking about is the actual brake lights on the rear of the car you probablly have a short in the steering column
