Just about every country in the world has cars, including Israel.
At the end of 2008, Israel estimated about 115 cars per mile of highway in the
country. For tourists, there are several rental car agencies at the airport, with
English-language GPS units available. The highway system is modern, 100%
paved, and well marked. Road signs are posted in Hebrew, English, and Arabic,
and tourists have little problem getting around on their own in Israel. Israel
generally resembles European or American countries more than it resembles
its Middle Eastern neighbors.
As you use the term DID I assume you are referring to ancient Egyptians. If that is the case you must know that there were no cars in ancient Egypt. The automobile was not invented until the late 1800s. If you are asking about Egypt today, then they drive the same type of cars as everyone else in the world.
