That sounds like you have an eating disorder and could lead to passing out. Your body needs calories to sustain that kind of strenuous activity.
It depends on how far it has gone. If the organs have been damaged and you lack a serious amount of vitamins etc you will need some kind of help. A eating disorder starts in the head but once the body is affected it's not that easy to turn back because the body is messed up and sends you the wrong signals.
