the best one is 10-30 any kind because sometimes the seals seize up They also make high mileage oil in different weights, if your vehicle has higher mileage. But I found if you have oil leaks (and I'm sure you do) the best way to go is with a thicker oil; for instance, 20w50 or straight 40 weight.
