well it depends what sport you're doing.

Most likely you would have to warm up so maybe if you try lunges, opening and closing the gate, kareoke aka grapevine, and pretty much any thing you can think of really.

But whatever you do you have to stretch!! For eg. try stretching your legs, feet, hamstring up to your hips then move up to your upper body so your shoulders, arms, back. Because remember your muscles can become a little bit tender.

So yeah, use these tips and you would be warming up in no time.

jumping jacks, stretching, jog in place, push ups, sit ups, stuff like that. but no matter what your gonna do, always stretch.
