The Mexican Peso:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mexican_peso
Yes. The Mexican topography (i.e.: Mexico is pretty hilly) and timing of such revolution (1910-1922) prevented the widespread use of other kind of vehicles. Also railroads were widely used to transport troops and equipment, specially on the Mexican northern states.
Depends on the cooked size of your patties and the kind of meat you use. I use lean beef with 20% pork added, so I would use 16 pounds of meat for 30 burgers
The primary infantry weapon was the Brown Bess musket.
Mexicans call there money 'pesos' as it is the currency of Mexico.
Whether you are baking , frying or grilling most any kind of meat, sprinkle it with paprika. The more paprika you use, the browner your meat will turn out to be, so the amount is your choice. The paprika doesn't noticeably effect the flavor and your meat will brown beautifully.
beef, chicken,or pork, and actually you could use any kind of meat,If using beef, try a steak that is tender,I would go with a sirlion(choice),because it is usually cheaper, than a strip,or ribeye.Chop the meat into small chunks after cooking.I would also recomend, soaking the steak on a paper towel after cooking,to soak up some of the grease.Serve hot or warm.
