AnswerIf you are talking about the weight of oil, read your owner's manual that came with this new vehicle. If you're talking about brands of oil, I personally use Pennsoil, but most major brands are excellent. Avoid off brands.
Factory says to use 5W30 weight so the valvetrain can lube itself.
