I do not know what part of the USA you live in and how the weather is year round but generally 10W 30-40 will unless your are where it is very hot year round.
Heavier viscosities, such as 20w-50, striaght 30w or 40w may help maintain good pressure in hot weather bur are to thick for cold weather driving and may cause start-up luibrication provlems - especially in overhead cam engines.
Light viscosities, on the other hand, such as straight 10w or 5w-20, may imporve cold weather starting and lubrication byr may be too thin in hot weather driving to maintain good pressure.
That is why most cars and OD parts manufacturers recommend 5w-30 in modern engines for year round driving. Good luck
You can use a Wall mart Everstart # 48. I just bought one for $62.00
