If the tank you are talking about is fresh water tropical with a temp of 75 degrees, with a few dark areas so the shark you select has a place too hide, "a fresh water shark is shy" you can select any of the popular ones from your pet store, just remember, big fish, eat little fish, if you purchase a small shark and you have large fish in your tank.
You can also have a nurse shark which is the safest. But you'll need something bigger than a fish tank =)

Answer. Leopard sharks and Cat Sharks are commonly placed in salt water aquariums. They are very small and adapt well to aquariums.

You should only have 1 fish per gallon of water in a fish tank. I wouldn't put more than 2 or 3 Neon Tetras in a 4 gallon aquarium with 1 Betta.
The best type of plant to put in an aquarium is going to be dictated by the type of fish, temperature of water being used, the type of food, and the aesthetic preference you desire in the end product of the aquarium.Going to your local aquarium store and looking at options with someone specifically knowledgeable on the topic would probably be a good investment of time and energy.
You can put 3 mice in a 10 gallon tank. It is best to not put 4 mice because the ventilation will not be enough and will smell horrible and possibly cause distress to the mice.
Easy. Fill the 7gal pail to the full mark (7 Gallons) with water. Then pour, from the 7 gallon pail, water into each of the 3 gallon pail up to the full mark. The remaining water left in the 7 gallon is 1 gallon. Pour this gallon into the aquarium. Fill the 7 gallon pail with water, again to the full mark, and then add to the aquarium. 1 Gallon + 7 Gallons = 8 Gallons.
Usually a small, dedicated salt water aquarium is perfect for seahorses. A great choice for seahorses are the 'nano' tanks sold as packaged deals. Check out the Oceanic BioCube 29 gallon at www.bigalsonline.com , it is perfect for seahorses. I put a link to the product.
Absolutely as long as your floor can support the enormous weight. If not on a concrete foundation, supports may be needed under where you plan to place the aquarium.

There are many types of decor one can put in a tropical aquarium. One can put in different arrangements and colors of plants. Once can also put in castles, corals, and a variety of ornaments.
