with young children if you look at the throttle casing there will be a screw partly out if you screw it 3/4 of the way in this will minimise the speed of the quad,
all quads that you would like to go on the road would have to be taxed, mot, and insured and it is allways best if you get road legal tyres and seat.
never go on public woods or unbusy roads there will be a wouping fine if youre chaught and you will be in the end.
