Nearly every leader in the Middle East has a solution to the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. None of them, however, has a solution that the other side will accept as valid because neither side really wants to make serious concessions to achieve peace. All of their solutions require the adversary to make huge concessions while they make relatively minor ones. The closest to a viable solution was the Geneva Initiative of 2003 conceived by Israeli politician Yossi Beilin and Palestinian politician Yasser Abed Rabbo. However, this plan was not endorsed by either the Israeli or Palestinian governments as it made too many concessions for their liking. However, such a plan or similar must come to pass for there to be real peace.

Conflict in an organization can be employee conflict, team conflict, and organizational conflict. Solutions to conflict in an organization can be found by using Conflict Resolution tactics such as managing the conflict at hand, and managing the roots of the conflict to avoid future conflict.
Conflict can be both a problem and a solution. It can be a problem when it is not managed effectively and leads to negative outcomes. However, conflict can also be a solution when it surfaces issues that need to be addressed, encourages diverse perspectives, and leads to positive change and growth.
