the New England colonies were 'suposably' better due to the fact that they were very religious and they were the largest supplier of food/crops for the rest of the America's. But none of the Colonies are "better" because the southern was the 'best' farmer. Middle colonies were the 'best' at manufacturing. and the new england colonies was the better textile related colony.
