IF IT RUNS WELL OTHERWISE, EXCEPT AT IDLE.- IT DIES - OR WHEN YOU LET OFF GAS IT DIES, CHECK THE IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE (CHECK HOSES) I HAD THE MAP HOSE SPLIT AND IT WAS THROWING OFF THE FUEL INJECTION WHICH WAS MAKING THE CAR SPUTTER AND STALL AT LOW SPEED OR ON IDLE WHEN YOU LET OFF THE GAS. ALSO IF YOU GAS IT LIGHTLY ENOUGH JUST TO KEEP IT ALIVE, TURN ON THE LIGHTS,AC,RADIO,WIPERS,ETC. WHILE KEEPING THE IDLE THE STEADY- IF THIS MAKES IT WORSE AND IT DIES YOUR PROBABLY LOOKING AT THE VALVE BEING NO GOOD ITSELF (IF ALL HOSES CHECK OUT OK) MY CAR, 99 GRAND AM $75 PART. SOMETIMES YOU CAN CLEAN IT BUT ALOT OF TIMES IT DOESENT WORK AND MAKES THE VALVE WORSE FROM MY EXPERIENCE. BUY THE PART TRY TO CLEAN THE STOCK VALVE IT IF IT WORKS RETURN THE PART IF NOT CONTINUE YOUR JOB.
