loose wheel hub screws.. the brake housing is rubbing against the inside of your wheel because it is loose

Best to get merchanical attention very soon. Never a good idea to drive a car making silly noises.
You re-engage the starter and you can damage the bendix, or the gear on the starter drive for the engine. It makes a grinding sound and will ruin the starter.
If your PlayStation makes a grinding noise, it's best if you give it up for lost and purchase a new one.
