That is called menopause. It is when the ovaries no longer release egg cells. A woman is born with all the follicles which turn into egg cells. Only a fraction actually become egg cells. The rest produce hormones and die as a part of that process. So once all the egg cells run out, a woman can no longer reproduce, and she may suffer other things such as hot flashes, night sweats, and irritability.
The reproductive organs are responsible for sexual reproduction and the production of gametes (eggs in females and sperm in males). The bladder stores and expels urine from the body. The colon is part of the digestive system and absorbs water and nutrients from digested food while eliminating waste. The anus is the opening at the end of the digestive tract where solid waste is expelled from the body.

The difference between a male and female is that a male's sex or reproductive organs are located outside of the body, whereas the female's sex organs are located inside the body. For instance, where males have testicles outside of the body (for most animals except amphibians, birds, reptiles, insects, fish and most sea mammals), the females equivalent to the male's testicles, being the ovaries, are located inside the body. Also, the penis is made so that it is outside of the male's body immediately before and during copulation. The female's equivalent of the male's penis is the vagina. Females are capable of giving birth to live young or laying eggs, depending on what animal we are talking bout, but males cannot. Males only have the means to get a female pregnant by ejaculating sperm into the female's vagina, which then travel through the cervix into the uterus to fertilize the ova or ovum that have been released into the female's reproductive tract. Males have a Y chromosome and an X chromosome while females have two X chromosome. Males produce sperm that is meant to fertilize the eggs the females produce. In humans the males are generally more muscular than the females.

Menstruation is the shedding of the uterine lining (endometrium). It occurs on a regular basis in reproductive-age females of certain mammal species. Overt menstruation (where there is bleeding from the uterus through the vagina) is found primarily in humans and close evolutionary relatives such as chimpanzees.[1] The females of other placental mammal species have estrous cycles, in which the endometrium is reabsorbed by the animal (covert menstruation) at the end of its reproductive cycle. Many zoologists regard this as different from a "true" menstrual cycle. The above was taken from a wikipedia article, I guggest you look there for questions like such next time. The original article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menstruation
